Turnaround depends on the product: business cards typically 3 business days, invitations 4 days, booklets 7 days, and document jobs 24–48 hours. Rush service ($5) may be available for same-day pickup when capacity allows.
We accept PDF, DOCX, PNG, and JPG files up to 25 MB. PDF is recommended for cards, booklets, and marketing materials for the most accurate print results.
Contact us as soon as possible at printkisa@gmail.com. Changes may be possible before printing begins.
If there is a print quality issue, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right with a reprint or refund.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. We never store your card details on our site, and you'll receive an email confirmation right away.
For document printing, staple binding is free. Spiral binding is $3.00 and comb binding is $2.50. Booklets and catalogs are saddle-stitched as part of the product.
Orders are picked up at our location during business hours. Bring your order confirmation email and our team will have your prints ready.
